Shipping Policy

At anandconfections, our job is to make sure our handcrafted confections get to you in the best possible condition.

How orders are processed:

All orders we receive from Monday through Wednesday are generally shipped within 24 hours of being placed unless otherwise specified. Orders placed and received in our system after 3pm (PST) on Wednesday through Sunday are processed in the order in which they are received and will generally ship out between Monday and Wednesday of the following week. During busy holiday times, orders may take up to 5 days to process.

How orders are delivered:

We, unfortunately, haven't quite figured out to control the weather yet. We're working on it, but in the mean time, weather conditions and delivery area will dictate how orders are packed for shipping.

Orders being sent to cold-weather states during winter months may ship in standard non-insulated boxes and/or without gel packs, depending on conditions at the time of shipment.

Orders being shipped to warm weather states and during the summer months will be packed in insulated pouches or in coolers with gel packs to ensure that confections are the freshest they can be when they get to you.

Standard shipping and handling is $6; express delivery is an additional $20. Shipments to warm weather areas will require packaging with gel packs in insulated boxes and will be an additional $14*.

Please double check shipping addresses before submitting your order. We recommend shipping to a business location whenever possible to avoid any damage or misplacement after delivery.

Again, we will do everything in power to get orders to you as quickly as possible, and regret any shipping delays caused by the USPS that are outside of our control.

We only ship to the contiguous 48 states at this time, and because we don't want any of these handmade confections to get forgotten, we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

anandconfections is NOT responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. We suggest shipping to a business location when possible.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SHIPPING ADDRESSES BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. anandconfections cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

anandconfections is not responsible for shipping delays caused by US Mail or any other shipping service due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

anandconfections will not refund purchases if the product is damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt or if it is returned to us.

Advance orders are welcome and will be shipped on the day specified by the customer. To place an advance order, please contact us at ; we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
